DESCRIPTION

We remodeled this home in Cherry Hills for a family of four looking for a little extra luxury in their everyday.

The project kicked off with a 1,000 square foot addition of a master bedroom and bathroom to match, and then moved to the laundry room and two walk-in closets.

Gorgeous design details are found throughout. All finishes are contemporary and customized, from the glass tiling in the bathroom to the hardwood floors. High-end, unique lighting paired with modern plumbing fixtures takes the design to another level.

The master bath and walk-in closets are adorned with Schroll custom cabinets and detailed decorative elements. The closet is equipped with all the storage you could ask for—jewelry drawers, shoe storage, shelving—all built to perfectly suit the homeowner’s individual style.

The outdoor patio also received an extensive “refresh” including a full-service outdoor kitchen and cozy, open sitting area. This incredible remodel was wrapped up with a complete exterior stucco refinish with stonework accents.
