DESCRIPTION

When a growing family of six decided to add to their beautiful home in The Timbers, they called on Timber Ridge Properties. They not only needed rooms, but also functionality to make their lives a little less hectic. It was a long wish list, but we were up to the task, adding almost 700 square feet of well-designed efficient space. Included in the remodel were two new bedrooms and a bathroom in a new upstairs wing, an exercise room, expanded laundry room and updated kitchen. The owners loved that it added a lot of organization to their daily lives, particularly the laundry room with custom cabinetry and ample storage. When the homeowners say that this custom Denver remodel “…was worth every dollar invested in it,” we know we did something right.
